ABOUT ME
I am a dedicated fitness coach with a specialization in running and strength training, supporting individuals in achieving a balanced and sustainable training regimen to reach their athletic goals.
Alongside my personal training qualification, I hold a qualification in pre and post-natal exercise instruction and I have a degree in Psychology. The latter has allowed me to take a unique approach to my fitness career. I am particularly fascinated by the positive influence of exercise on brain function and mental well-being. This is something I would like to do more research on in the future.
I have been strength training for over 7 years and regularly run half-marathons. I have also ran a couple full marathons and I am currently training for an ultra-marathon.
My experience includes working with individuals of all abilities, gained from my roles as a group exercise instructor at F45 and a 1-2-1 personal trainer at various private and commercial gyms.

The symbiosis between strength training and running is evident in my own experience. Strength training aids faster recovery and injury prevention, while running enhances cardiovascular function and overall exercise performance. Having discovered a combination of training styles that resonates with me, I am now eager to provide a supportive and personalized approach to help others embark on their fitness journey.
Personally, I have noticed substantial improvements in my cardiovascular health through running, including a reduced resting heart rate and enhanced aerobic endurance. These physical transformations not only heightened my motivation but also elevated my overall energy levels.
